My final major project work will be based on this Book 'How To Be Free'. I'm really enjoying the book, which says a lot since I'm not much of a reader my self.
Tom Hodgkinson: the Author of the book dictates how to be free in the sense of not letting society take control of us. The book has a punk aesthetic as a lot of the book is about doing things our self, as the punk used to do in their lifestyle i.e cloths and music.
Here are some examples of chapters included in the book : Reject career and all its empty promises, Cast off your watch, Death to shopping, or fleeting the prison of consumer desire.
